Section 40
According to the agreement

(1) The facilities, safety measures, working hours, work to be done, duties to be followed, leave, medical treatment facilities, bonus, insurance or other welfare arrangements to be enjoyed by the workers or employees in the industries established in the special economic zone, in accordance with this Act and this It will be in accordance with the agreement between the industry and workers or employees subject to the rules made under the Act.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), no agreement can be made between the industry and workers or employees in such a way as to reduce the facilities and welfare benefits guaranteed by the prevailing law.
(3) In addition to the facilities and welfare benefits mentioned in sub-section (1), the other social security arrangements to be enjoyed by workers or employees working in industries established in special economic zones shall be as determined by the respective industries.
(4) The industry shall provide the authority with the information on the social security arrangements determined in accordance with sub-section (3).
(5) In accordance with sub-section (3), the authority shall regularly monitor the compliance of the relevant industry with the provisions related to social security determined by the industry.
